Angular Material Tutorial
Angular is a platform that makes it easy to build applications with the web. Angular combines declarative templates, dependency injection, end to end tooling, and integrated best practices to solve development challenges.
It is an open source project driven by Google. It is a great framework but it does not have any out of the box rich UI components like datatables, grids etc.
So these components will be needed to be developed from scratch which is a very cumbersome and time consuming task. Angular Material is a collection of rich UI components for Angular. Material Design is Google's design language, which provides a rich set of guidelines. This design language imitates real-world objects, so the use of the word "material". Components and controls on the user interface show depth and texture, cast shadows, and use animation in a meaningful way.
